Thank you for the opportunity to introduce ourselves to you. Diversified Improvement Contractors, LLC was founded in April of 2009. The organization was formed by two companies merging their employees and labor force to better serve the multi-family industry. Together, the owners of Diversified Improvement Contractors have over 50 years of experience in the construction industry and specialize in the management and completion of commercial and multi-family projects.
Responsibilities include a thorough inspection of the proposed project and presenting a timely and competitive estimate for work to be done. Diversified Improvement Contractors supervises the hiring of all subcontractors and schedules their activities to coincide with each other, to ensure the completion of a project in the most effective manner.
Diversified Improvement Contractors is also experienced in handling insurance loss claims from working with your adjuster through completion of the restoration back to the structure’s original state.
Diversified Improvement Contractors excels in the rehabilitation of multi-family housing, occupied or vacant, to give the property a new look.
Our company offers a wide variety of construction, project management, and consulting services tailoring to the new construction and remodeling needs of property owners, management companies, and third party financial institutions. Our staff specializes in helping your company with any type of insurance loss (hail, wind, fire, hurricane, etc.) to ensure that your property is restored to a condition better than its original state. We currently offer our services in the seven-state region of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arkansas, Colorado, and Georgia, and we have project managers stationed across the region. This allows Diversified Contractors to mobilize quickly toward the improvement of your property.
